1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It is your responsibility to verify all details. Any errors must be reported immediately to avoid issues.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online payment gateways. Prices are listed in AED or as specified on the site.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Attraction Tickets: Non-refundable under any circumstances after purchase (e.g., Burj Khalifa, Frame, Aquarium).
Dhow Cruise, Desert Safari & City Tour: Eligible for full refund or date change if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Less Than 24 Hours or No-Shows: No refund or changes provided.
Refund Method: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

Ensure you meet all visa, passport, and travel requirements before booking.
Arrive on time for your scheduled activity; delays may result in missed services without refund.
Respect Dubai laws, culture, and activity rules at all times.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer an alternative or full refund where applicable.

6. Third-Party Services

Some activities may be operated by third-party providers. In such cases, their own policies and terms may apply in addition to ours.

SkymarkTrip is not liable for personal injuries, delays, or loss of personal items during activities. Travelers join at their own risk. Always follow safety instructions provided by our guides or third-party partners.
